Bookings: How to find out when a booking was made
You can find this information by exporting the booking details from the system to a CSV file.
- Click on Settings > Export Data on the administrator homepage.
- Select the Booking Date Range on the left hand side. You need to include the date the booking takes place, not the date on which you think it was added.
- Click the Download Bookings button. This will download the bookings to a CSV spreadsheet file on your computer.
- Open the file with Excel, or a similar application, and find the Added column. This will show you the date and time the booking was created.
