Bookings: How to find out when a booking was made

You can find this information by exporting the booking details from the system to a CSV file.

  1. Click on Settings > Export Data on the administrator homepage.
  2. Select the Booking Date Range on the left hand side. You need to include the date the booking takes place, not the date on which you think it was added.
  3. Click the Download Bookings button. This will download the bookings to a CSV spreadsheet file on your computer.
  4. Open the file with Excel, or a similar application, and find the Added column. This will show you the date and time the booking was created.
