Bookings: How to allow users to make bookings during holidays
As an administrator, you can make bookings outside of term time, or during holidays. However, if your users try and make a booking at these times they will normally be unable to do so. If you would like them to be able to book, please follow the steps in this article.
How to allow bookings outside term-time
- From the Administrator Homepage select Timetable Options.
- Depending on your system set up, select either Allow Bookings During Holidays or Allow Booking Outside of Term Dates.
- Click on Update Timetable Options.
